There were minor hiccups with room cleaning – our towels weren't always replenished, which was inconvenient. the staff could be a bit more attentive to requests like extra bedding.

The overall experience at Interhotel Sandanski was unsettling. Not only did we find the outdoor pool area overcrowded due to guests reserving sunbeds with towels, making it nearly impossible to find a spot, but the breakfast service was an absolute disaster. It was chaotic, with little room to move and the food options sorely lacking in variety and freshness.

Really nice stay with an awesome pool

The pool was super nice, perfect for kids. We enjoyed the bar area too, nice vibes! The staff was so friendly and caring. Had a bit of a hiccup with parking though, kinda tight when the staff parks too. the facilities felt fresh and comfy, totally loved our time there!

this was my second stay in sandanski, and interhotel exceeded my expectations! the thermal water pools were a highlight, especially since they provide so much relaxation. the location is perfect, right near the park and city center, making it easy to explore.
